- 40,000 sq.ft. facility in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida
- 80,000 sq.ft. facility in Alliance, Texas
- 2 acre boat storage facility on Lake Hartwell
Biography
Scott Jerald - Founder of ASJ Development, LLC and White House Investments, Inc. southeastern residential construction, real estate development and investment corporations, based in Athens, Georgia. Prior to starting his own businesses Scott did an understudy in commercial construction with Atlanta based firm Draper & Associates. Scott has been focused on building custom homes in exclusive communities on Lakes Keowee, Hartwell and Lanier. Scott brings 11 years of commercial and residential construction experience to the organization. Whether it is a small guest house or a 12,000 custom home the attention to detail is the same for each project. The emphasis is on financial as well as construction management of his projects. There is a combination of Integrity, Quality and Excellence in every project. Scott is a 1992 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point where he majored in Engineering Management. Scott is a former Ranger commander where he served for over five years in prestigious units such as the 82nd Airborne Division and Ranger Batalions. |
